Cats for new Homes All cats are health checked by our Vet, vaccinated, worm and flea treated, microchipped and neutered. It costs around £175 for the above so as a charity we ask for an adoption fee of just £25 to  meet some of those costs and help us with our ongoing work. If you can contribute more than this we are grateful as every penny helps towards the next cat waiting for our help.

We like to match cats and their new owners to suit each other. We visit to see a cat’s new home to find out what your lifestyle is and try to make a suitable match. We arrange for all cats in our care to be vet health checked, vaccinated, microchipped and neutered so we give them the best possible start in their new life. Even after a cat has been homed with you we are on hand to help with any queries you may have. In the years to come we still like to know how they are getting along and are happy to give advice or help as we can so don’t be afraid to ask! If a time comes that you are no longer able to keep your cat and we all hope that never happens. We require you to give the cat back to Cats Protection and not to give it away or sell it to a third party, whether that be a friend, family member, other charity, an organisation or someone else.
